  Brenna is good, but customer service at the front desk is an oxymoron. Staff desperately needs more training in empathy and compassion, as none was evidenced during my treatment last week. One even stated that I was "defensive" -- I think she was projecting her own insecurities. They also should be sensitive to clients' budget and be sure to disclose BEFORE an appt what the total charges will be, not surprise you after with a bill that triples what you paid in the past for a routine cleaning.
