  This is the best form of yoga I've tried and the instructors are great. The more you can go the better. They claim doing it 2x's per day for 30 days will change your life. I haven't been able to do yet but I plan to. Going frequently has helped my sense of well being in so many ways that nothing else has. Don't be shy about taking a break whenever the heat or the routine feels like too much!

  This was the first studio I ever did yoga at, and absolutely loved it! I had no idea what to expect, but after going for a few times, I got hooked. The instructors are kind, easy going, and great people (Helena and Teresa are lots of fun too). Class times were convenient as well, and the whole studio had a very friendly atmosphere. If I had to think of one negative about the whole experience, it is the fact that couldn't take the school with me when I moved!
